- Refunds are available up to 5 business days before the scheduled start date of the class.
2. Refund Process:

3. Refund Amount:
- Refunds will be processed for the full registration fee minus any applicable processing fees.
4. Refund Timeline:
- Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days of the refund request approval.
5. Late Refund Requests:
- Refund requests made within 5 business days of the scheduled class start date will not be eligible for a refund.
6. Transfer of Fees:
- If a refund is not possible, participants may have the option to transfer the registration fee to another available class, subject to availability.
7. Class Transfers:
- Class transfers can only be made if there is availability in the desired class.
8. Cancellations by RoboCode Explorers:
- In the event that RoboCode Explorers cancels a class, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration fee to another class.
9. Non-Attendance:
- Participants who do not attend a class without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or transfer of fees.
